Privacy Policy
Last Modified: August 30, 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Datum, Inc. d/b/a Duxre collects, uses, and shares personal information through the Duxre service and related software, code, and documentation (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is an AI-powered commercial real estate marketplace and software-as-a-service platform that enables professionals to create and syndicate listings, collaborate on market insights, parse and compose documents, and manage contacts, deals, and payments. By using the Service, you consent to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Questions and opt out
Questions or comments may be sent to privacy@duxre.com or Datum, Inc. d/b/a Duxre, Attn: Customer Service – Privacy, 3019 Wilshire Blvd. #138, Santa Monica, CA 90403.
We will not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. To withdraw consent, contact us using the information above and include your full name, Duxre username, registration email, mailing address, and a clear request not to share your information for third-party direct marketing.
2. Updating your information
The Service provides tools to correct, update, or edit your personal information and control your profile. You may edit your profile and other information through the app.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you register, we may collect your name, username, email address, job title, and mailing address. We may also collect information you provide while parsing or signing documents, participating in promotions, or requesting customer support. Wallet and payout features may collect deposit amounts, Stripe Connect identifiers, and payout history.
Dash conversations
When you use the Dash assistant on duxre.com, we collect the messages you send, Dash’s responses, a session identifier, the destination selected in the conversation, and technical request data used to prevent abuse. We use this information to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the assistant, understand visitor questions, and support sales follow-up. Authorized Duxre sales and product team members may review conversations in a private internal channel. Dash may also generate internal summaries of recurring questions, inferred confusion, buying signals, and possible knowledge gaps; people review those summaries before using them to change product or sales materials. Conversation transcripts, summaries, and internal review copies are retained for up to 30 days and may be processed by service providers that support the AI and collaboration features, such as OpenAI and Slack. Do not submit confidential deal information or sensitive personal information in the website assistant.
Information collected automatically
We may collect device and technical information, including hardware model, operating system, device identifiers, mobile network information, advertising IDs, and—with consent—device location. Log data may include your IP address, ISP, browser, visit time, pages viewed, and other usage data.
4. Cookies and Do Not Track
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to identify sessions, remember settings, improve the Service, and make it easier to use. Google Analytics and HubSpot browser tracking load only after you allow analytics cookies. Your analytics choice is designed to apply consistently across duxre.com and marketplace.duxre.com, and you can change it at any time through Cookies in the site footer. Disabling cookies may prevent certain features from working. The Service does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
5. How we use information
We may use information to provide and improve the Service; send product and service notices; customize content and advertising; conduct research; request feedback; prevent fraud or unauthorized activity; enforce our Terms; comply with law; administer promotions; and answer support inquiries. With consent, including verbal consent to a representative, we may communicate by text message.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or share your information with third parties and will not otherwise disclose it without your express permission, except as described in this Policy.
We may provide information reasonably necessary to service providers that support payment processing, hosting, maintenance, data storage, production, fulfillment, marketing, and promotions. They must use reasonable security measures and may use the information only to provide those services or as permitted by law.
With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics and HubSpot browser tracking to summarize use of the Service and improve it. You can learn about Google’s practices at Google’s partner-sites privacy page and opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out tool. We may also disclose aggregated, non-identifying usage information to business partners, sponsors, advertisers, investors, or others.
7. Other authorized disclosures
We may access, preserve, and disclose information when legally required; to establish, protect, or exercise legal rights; to protect Duxre, its affiliates, users, or the public; to investigate fraud, illegal activity, infringement, or safety threats; to affiliates or joint ventures that honor this Policy; or in connection with an acquisition, merger, or sale of assets. Copyright notices and related communications may be forwarded as described in the Terms.
8. Links to other sites
The Service may link to third-party sites that Duxre does not control. Their privacy practices may differ, and you should review their policies.
9. Social media
If you interact with Duxre on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or another network, both this Policy and that network’s policy may apply. Information posted to public social pages may be visible to Duxre and others. Duxre may moderate content and communicate with you through those platforms.
10. Security
We use security procedures appropriate to the information we collect and require our service providers to do the same. No Internet or wireless transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and information is transmitted to and from the Service at your own risk.
11. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn that we received such information, we will delete it.
12. Processing in the United States
Information may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases outside your state, province, or country. If you are outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States under applicable U.S. law.
13. California and other state residents
California residents may request, no more than twice each year, the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months, the sources and purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it was shared. You may also request deletion, subject to legal exceptions. Comparable rights are honored where required by other state laws.
